Jiaxing solarway new energy Co., Ltd., founded in 2016, is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the R & D, production and sales of solar off grid power conversion equipment. Its headquarters and production base are located in Xiuzhou national high tech Zone, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, with a R & D center in Beijing, China, and an after-sales service center for the European market in Leipzig, Germany.

Ⅱ、ODM:
We have a strong R&D team provide ODM service. We are very experienced in ODM projects We can produce according to artwork and sample from customers. Our sufficient equipment and skilled engineers will mold according to artwork and sample excellently.
1) Wire processing
This is our wire processing department , the connection wires are made by ourself , The QC will carefully check quality ,the quality is ok , they will be sent to Welding production department or Assembly production department
2) Plug-in production line
We will start Plug in with Components by hands,and our core component imported with original packing.(this is resistance,capacitance...........this is most important parts for prodcution,because plugiing step require more time,and more carefullness,we hire more employee to finish this parts this is anti-static,when plug PC board,we required ware this one.because we think highly safe problem.and we hope our customer will be safe and there is no harm when use it.
3) Soldaring tin production line
Our workers do everthing with their best , very carfully .
We also have QC to check every PCB board quality and welding quality to ensure the super quality .
4) Semi-finished testing
We will test the inverter parameters first ,
The creen is showing the parameter here.if the parameter is not in customers’ request , we will adjust the parameters like output power , battery volatge, overload protection , over voltage protection , low voltage protection .
5) Assembly production
We will assemble the terminal and side panels together ,Every step we strictly follow up ISO 9001 quality management system .
6) Aging test
The each product will be aging test at least 45 minutes
7) ATE test machine
Each product we will test every protection function and other test projects , and you can see here it is the unique code that you can trace the test result . If the quality is not passed ,we will send it to our repairement department.
8) Packaging production
Before putting power inverters in our box , we will clean the products and paste the labels on products . This is inner package box,and we will use this plastic foam to protect inverters .For colorful box,it’s very nice.We can do OEM serive and ODM service , we can paste clients’ logo and label on box if clients reuqired.
